About the Role:
We are seeking a Service Account Manager to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Jeremy Usery in Roswell, GA. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing property & casualty insurance accounts. If you are passionate about helping people and have a strong background in insurance, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of property & casualty insurance accounts
- Provide personalized service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and concerns
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
- Assist clients with claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry regulations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance
- Active property & casualty insurance license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
